Stay emotionally regulated during processing

Reduce post-session overwhelm
-
Build body awareness and safety in the body
-
Strengthen long-term nervous system resilience
THIS PROGRAM IS BEST FOR those who:

Feel stuck in recurring emotional patterns
-
Are ready for deeper trauma work

Struggle with emotional numbing or overthinking

Prefer a structured private-pay healing container
Important Note:
EMDR is not a one-size-fits-all process. A 10-week minimum is recommended, with many clients continuing treatment based on their individual needs and goals.
-
Single-incident trauma: 6–12 sessions
-
Complex trauma / developmental trauma: often 24-48+sessions
-
High intellectualizers / emotionally avoidant clients often need a longer stabilization phase.
Consultation required prior to enrollment. EMDR readiness and stabilization needs will be assessed to ensure clinical appropriateness and safety.
