90-minute integrative trauma session

  • 60 minutes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

  • 30 minutes Somatic Stabilization & Integration

WHY THE SOMATIC COMPONENT MATTERS

Trauma is not only stored in memory — it is experienced in the body.

The added Somatic Stabilization & Integration time helps clients:

  • Stay emotionally regulated during processing

  • Reduce post-session overwhelm

  • Build body awareness and safety in the body

  • Strengthen long-term nervous system resilience

THIS PROGRAM IS BEST FOR those who:

  • Feel stuck in recurring emotional patterns

  • Are ready for deeper trauma work

  • Struggle with emotional numbing or overthinking

  • Can commit to weekly sessions

  • Value a mind–body–spirit approach

  • Prefer a structured private-pay healing container

Important Note:

EMDR is not a one-size-fits-all process. A 10-week minimum is recommended, with many clients continuing treatment based on their individual needs and goals. 

  • Single-incident trauma: 6–12 sessions

  • Complex trauma / developmental trauma: often 24-48+sessions

  • High intellectualizers / emotionally avoidant clients often need a longer stabilization phase.

Consultation required prior to enrollment. EMDR readiness and stabilization needs will be assessed to ensure clinical appropriateness and safety.
