IN My Body: Mindfulness and Somatic Group for caregivers

A safe space for women, mothers and caregivers in the Flint community to breathe, create, and heal. This 10-week group invites women in the Genesee Community to slow down, ground themselves, and rediscover safety within. Through mindfulness, breathwork, and creative expression, we explore how grief, anxiety, and change live in the body, and how to release them gently. This is a trauma-informed, culturally responsive space for healing that honors both personal and collective strength.
