Why I Do this Work:
My childhood experiences fostered a deep understanding of the impact of attachment on emotional well-being. I believe that connection—to ourselves, to others, and to our communities—has the power to sustain and heal us. I’ve worn many hats, but my greatest passion lies in helping individuals move from surviving to thriving. Because healing doesn't happen in comfort zones. It begins in the messy middle - the grief we avoid, the patterns we repeat and the truths we silence. I do this work to help guide wounded spirits in rewiring the brain from survival mode to thriving. I strive to help others find safety in their body, and turn passion into purpose. Therapy is not about chasing perfection, fixing or forgetting - it is about reclaiming your sense of self despite adverse experiences.
