Initial Consultation

Therapy consultation calls are short, free introductory meetings where we discuss your needs and decide if I am a good fit for you. During this call, we are getting to know each other. These calls are not long enough to go into extensive detail, so the goal is to get a general sense of what it might be like to work together. I will learn things about you like: your reasons for seeking therapy, your mental health goals, and the main challenges or issues you’re facing. There is “no obligation” — meaning if you don’t feel like it’s a right fit, there’s no need for any further sessions. This is not a crisis service. If you are experiencing a crisis, please contact 9-1-1, the Genesee County Crisis Hotline 810-257- 3740, 9-8-8, or go directly to your nearest emergency room.

Psychiatric Evaluation and initial assessment. Specialized treatment for adolescents age 14 -17 targeted to treat Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, RAD and behavioral challenges. Currently accepting Michigan Medicaid, Aetna, BCBS, Oxford, Cigna, Healthcare, Oscar, Priority, and Carelon. Professional and personalized treatment plans tailored to your needs. Self-pay options are available on a sliding scale.

Individual Therapy - Adult

60-90 Mins | Sliding Scale - $125

Psychiatric Evaluation and initial assessment. Specialized treatment for C-PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Adult ADHD, BPD and other interpersonal challenges. Currently accepting Michigan Medicaid, Aetna, BCBS, Oxford, Cigna, Healthcare, Oscar, Priority, and Carelon. Self-pay options are available on a sliding scale for those outside of the state of Michigan.
