For adolescents age 14 -17. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Skills Training. Provides a supportive, structured space for teens to explore their emotions, build healthier coping skills, and connect with others who understand their experiences. Using a blend of DBT skills, creative expression, and guided discussion, teens learn how to manage big feelings, communicate effectively, and strengthen their sense of identity. This group is ideal for teens who struggle with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, low self-esteem, mood swings, or feeling misunderstood. We focus on safety, support, and skill-building—helping each teen feel seen, heard, and confident in their ability to handle life’s challenges.

This group is ideal for anyone feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in survival mode. Together, we practice tuning into the body, observing thoughts without judgment, and creating mindful routines that bring peace, clarity, and emotional balance.
